I hope this letter finds you in good health. I have written to you because I have come to know that you have been skimping on sleep. You have been misusing the facilities given to you. You don’t know how important proper sleep is for healthy life. Sleep is one of the basics needs, deprivation of which might result in serious health issues.
Sleep is crucial to maintaining one's health. Without it, we increase our susceptibility to an astonishing array of health problems, including heart disease, stroke, diabetes, obesity and depression. Less sleep may even weaken our immune system.
According to Dr. Michael Sole, a Canadian cardiologist, there is a higher rate of heart failure among people with sleep disorders and sleep disturbances.
