Step-by-step explanation:

ratio of academic books: friction books=13:9

let the no of academic books is 13x and the no. of friction books is 9x

total no of books is 13x+9x=22x

but the total books is given=187440

so we can write according to the question,

22x=187440

x=187440/22

x=8520

no. of academic books=13x=13*8520=110760
