  2. Also,now since the frame is non inertial (i.e. the elevator is moving) we make it inertial by assuming it at rest.
  3. The frame is now inertial and so the net accln acting on the man in downward drxn = 10+5= 15ms^-2
  4. Now the man has a wt = m(10+5)=>15m
  5. If the elevator was at rest then the wt of the man would have been 10m
  6. Hence 15m - 10m = 5m increase in wt.
  7. Hence 5m/10m ×100 => 50% increase in wt
