as we know kinetic energy is a form of energy which acts on a stable body as the light body and heavy body both have same Momentum but different mass show the heavy body will have greater amount of kinetic energy as it apply force on the ground surface where as light body has opposite of it

No they don't have same momentum as momentum depends on mass of an object. Heavy body has large value of momentum.
But for kinetic energy of light body is more as light body can easily gain more velocity.
