we know by Snell's law :  μ = refractive index = Sin i / Sin r
     where i = angle of incidence in air/vacuum = 45⁰ =π/4
             r = angle of refraction in water
             μ = refractive index of water = 4/3

     Sin r = Sin 45⁰ / (4/3 ) = 3/4√2 = 0.53
       r = 32°
