Depends on the impact angle. If it is shallow enough, the ray will be reflected. If straight in, nothing. Between the two, the ray will be bent toward the surface. Now if you can look through the side of the glass, the ray will look like it has been displaced. But, that is an illusion caused by the light moving slower through the glass.
