This is because if a tangent is drawn at the point of contact of the mirror where the ray passes through the curvature and touches the mirror, then it would be 90 degrees since the radius of curvature is perpendicular to the tangent hence the angle of incidence will coincide with the normal. Therefore angle of reflection will also coincide and hence it passes again through the center of Cutrula
