A line cuts two sides of triangle ABC through AB and AC know.

Then angle A= angle A [in both tri ABC and tri APQ]

PQ ll BC and AB is a transversal.

so angle B= angle P

similarly, angle C= angle Q.

by AAA similarity,

ABC similar to APQ
