\huge\sf{answer:-}

•Formula of a line in Slope-point form

If m is the slope and (x1,y1) is a point on the line then equation is given by

•(y - y1 ) = m(x - x1)(y−y1)=m(x−x1)

•From given info x1 is 5 and y1 is -7

slope m is -3

•Putting these in above equation

y+7= -3×(x-5)

=>Simplifying will give

3x + y=8
