Answer:-

Given:

Slope of a line (m) = - 3/4

And it passes through the point ( - 5 , 4).

We know that,

Equation of a line which passes through a point (x1 , y1) with the slope m is y - y1 = m(x - x1)

Let , x1 = - 5 and y1 = 4

→ Equation of the line = y - 4 = -3/4 *(x + 5)

→ 4(y - 4) = - 3x + 15

→ 4y - 16 = - 3x + 15

→ 4y + 3x - 16 - 15 = 0

3x + 4y - 31 = 0
