Given, slope of line , m = 23

y - intercept , c = -2

we know , equation of line in slope - intercept form is given by \bf{y=mx+c}

here , m is slope of line and c is y - intercept.

so, equation of line : y = 23x - 2

hence, option (b) is correct.
