y = (5/2) x + 3/2

If a line is perpendicular to this linear equation, multiplication of their slope is always -1.

So the slope of an another equation is - (2/5).

The line passes (5, -1).

y - (- 1) = - (2/5) (x - 5)

y + 1 = - (2/5) x + 2

Equation of the line GH is y = - (2/5) x + 1.
