line pass through (2,2)so that
let be the perpendicular to
y-2=m(x-2) be the equation (1)

slope of the given equation 3x+y=3
y=-3x+3
y(m)=3
slope=m=3
in the case of perpendicular m1*m2=-1
then,,
3*m2=-1
m2=-1/3
now,
y-2=-1/3(x-2)
3y-6=-x+2
x+3y-8=0 required equation
