Answer:

A line passes through the point (–6, –3).

let ,It has a slope of 2 out of 3 which is m.

so,m=2/3

now we now that

m=(y-y1)/(x-x1)

or,2/3=(y+3)/(x+6)

[since, the line passes through the point (–6, –3) and m=2/3]

or,2(x+6)=3(y+6)

or, 2x-3y=18-12

or,2x-3y=6
