Co-ordinate (3, 2) and (2, –3) image being (3, –2) and (2, 3) we can say that the line reflected is x-axis.

Solution:

To find which axis the line segment with endpoints at (3, 2) and (2, –3). When you reflect coordinate along any axis x or y or diagonal both sides. The sign of opposite sign changes negative becomes positive and positive becomes negative.

So, the following point that decide which line the coordinate is reflected is

The reflection of the point (x,y) across the x-axis is the point (x,-y).

The reflection of the point (x,y) across the y-axis is the point (-x,y).

The reflection of the point (x,y) across the line y = x is the point (y, x).

The reflection of the point (x,y) across the line y = -x is the point (-y, -x).

Hence, with the coordinate (3, 2) and (2, –3) image being (3, –2) and (2, 3) we can say that the line reflected is x-axis.
