Nice Question mate !!!

Maximum potential energy = 1/2 k a²

                                              = 1/2 x 2 x 10⁶ x 10 ⁻⁴

                                              = 100 J

Minimum kinetic energy = Total energy - Max potential energy

                                         = 160 - 100

                                         = 60 J

:) Hope this helps !!!
