 \huge \mathfrak{your \: answer:-}

we know that,

volume of one drop = volume of 1000 droplets

so,

(4/3)πR3 = 1000X (4/3)πr3

or

R3 = 1000 X r3

so,

r = R / 10

thus,

if R = 1mm = 10-3 m

then

r = 10-4 m

now, the surface energy is given as

E = T X A

or

E = 0.072 X 4πr2

so,

E = 0.8964 X 10-8 = 8.96 X 10-9 J/m2

 \huge \underline \mathfrak{answer - 8.96 \times {10}^{ - 9 } j/ {m}^{2} }
