The pressure exerted by the liquid at the bottom of the vessel = 4000 pascal

Given the density (d) of liquid is equal to 0.8 g/cm³ .

d = 0.8 g/cm³ = 800 Kg/m³

The height to which the liquid is filled in the vessel , h = 0.5 m.

The pressure exerted by the liquid at the bottom of the vessel = density × g × height of water in the tank

= dgh

= 800 × 10 × 0.5

= 4000 Pascal
