A little bug ate 135 tiny flies in 5 days. Each day, it ate 10 more flies than it did on the previous day. How many small flies had the bug eaten 1) after three days? 2) after 4 days?

In 5 days bug eats 135 flies
In 1 day bug will eat 135/5 flies
In 3 days bug will eat 135/5*3
Thus after 3 days bug will eat 81 flies

In 5 days bug eats 135 flies
In 1 day bug will eat 135/5 flies
In 4 days bug will eat 135/5*5 flies
Thus after 4 days bug will eat 108 flies
