she climbed 10m in 4 hours  now she again climb 12m  and slip 7m and covered 5m now she climbed 15m in 6hours she then climb 12m in 1 hour and slip 7m in next hour she climbed 5m more and now she covered 20m in 8hrs she again climb 12m and slip 7 m in 2 hours so now she climb 25m in 10 hours she again climb 12m and no need of next hour so she does not slip because 25m+12m=37m,she climb 25m in 10 hours and 12 in one hour so......, 10+1=11 so time taken is 11 hours
