\huge{\bigstar{\bigstar{\underline{\underline\blue{\mathcal{\red{solution!!...}}}}}}}

we know that,

S.l = A - P

2625 - 2500 = $ 125

So,

.2625 - 2500 / 2500 × 100

.125/2500 × 100

.5%

therefore, the interest paid will be 5 5%

The interest paid for a loan of 2500 was repaired giving 2625 is 5%.

Explanation:

The interest level depends on the interest rate, the amount of money (primary) borrowed and the length of the time the money is borrowed.

The formula for simple interest, S.I = \frac{principal * time * rate}{100} -------(1)

We know that,  S.I = Amount − Principal

Given: Amount = Rs. 2625

Principal = Rs. 2500

S.I = 2625 − 2500 = Rs.125

Now substitute the values in equation 1,

Rate = \frac{125 * 100}{2500}

Rate = 5%

The interest paid is 5%.
