Once upon a time there was a house , in the house there lived many mice but they were not happy because of the cat that lived with them . Everyday the cat ate many mice and many mice lost there families . Tired of this the mice held a meeting , the topic of the meeting was how to save ourselves from the cat . One mice said we should tie a bell around the cat's neck so that whenever the cat approaches us we have enough time to run away . The idea was excellent but now no one was ready to work according the plan so no one tied a bell around the cat's neck. ( conclusion not included not because of limited words )
