——————————————

Price of the Shooter = ₹ 42000

Rate of depreciated = 8% p. a.

Now,
Value of the shooter after 1 year

 = Rs\:42000 \times (1 - \frac{8}{100} ) \\ \\ = Rs\:42000 \times ( \frac{100 - 8}{100} ) \\ \\ = Rs\:(42000 \times \frac{92}{100}) \\ \\ = Rs\:(420 \times 92) \\ \\ =Rs\: 38640

Hence the value of the shooter after 1 year is ₹ 38640
