A ltd. was issued cirtificate of coorporation by the registrar on 10th feb 2018, however the date mentioned on the certificate was 1st Feb 2018. the company enetered into a contract for pruchase of land with B ltd. on 5th Feb 2018. Now B ltd. is not interested to sell the land as it is getting a higher price from another buyer. Can A ltd. file a case against B ltd.? Give reasons in support of ur answer.
