A lump of plasticine is moved from a small measuring cylinder to one that has twice the diameter. The reading on the small measuring cylinder goes down by 20 cm cube. By how much does the reading on the large measuring cylinder go up?

Please answer step by step and tell me the reason. I will really appreciate it if you help me.
