a'm 14 yr femalel , c'alf 14 , thig:s 23 , stoma:ch 33 , Bre'st 33 , weight 55 kg , height 5 foot , tell what should I do i eat even 2 chappatis a day pls recommend​

Hi. You’re weight is almost perfect but you should loose about 2kg weight. But you should focus on loosing fat not weight.You’re a little short, you should be 5 foot 2 inches. So to loose fat take more protein and fibre. For protein take 2 eggs with yolks daily you can also take soy and paneer. Take beans, carrots, leafy vegetables and fruits. Also do some sort of workout for 30 mins everyday
