Hi!

The target distance is 45.7m and the bullet speed is 460m/s

The time taken by the bullet to reach the target is 45.7/460 = 0.099s

During flight the bullet will go downwards by some height. Taking g = 9.8m/s² this will be

h = ut + gt²/2, here u = 0

So h= 9.8*(0.99)²/2 = 0.048m = 4.8 cm

So the rifle should be pointed 4.8cm higher from the center of the target keeping it horizontal.

I think this will work.
