Solution
We can find number of bullets per second
Number of bullets per second = 400/60
⇒20/3 bullets per second
As,
We have to find force So,
F = n(mv)/t = 20/3 * (0.035 * 400)/1
⇒F = 20/3 * 400/1
⇒F = 20*14/3
⇒F = 280/3
⇒F = 9.33 N
∴ Force required is 9.33 N
