Answer:

80/243

Step-by-step explanation:

ratio(failure/success)=1/2

so p(failure)=1/(1+2)=1/3

p(success)=2/(1+2)=2/3

so

p(he has 4 successful magic tricks out of 5)=(2/3)*(2/3)*(2/3)*(2/3)*(1/3)*5=80/243

here 4 times p(success) is multiplied and one time p(failure) is multiplied because we want only 4 out of 5 magic tricks to be successful and at last 5 is multiplied because there are 5 ways in which 4 out of 5 magic tricks can be successful.

so answer is 80/243
