An article is made by A for Rs. 120

Profit on Selling Price of an article sold to B = 25% = 1/4

B sold it to C

C sold it at Selling Price = 198 Rs with profit = 10% = 1/10

Hence, B sold the article to C at 150 Rs gaining the profit of 30 Rupees

Hence, Profit = 30/150 * 100 = 20%

Answer:

Answer - 20%

Explanation:

The selling price of A at a profit of 25% (120 + 120 × 25/100)

Purchase price of B = Rs. 150

10% profit,

If the selling price of C is Rs. 110 then the buying price is Rs.100

If the selling price of C is Rs.198 then the buying price (100 × 198/110) = Rs.180.

The selling price of B is Rs.180.

B's profit margin = (180 - 150/150 × 100)% = (30/150 × 100)% = 20%
