So , the man is 4 times
then , 4x

after 16 years , the man became twice of her age .

So, 4x+16=2(x+16)
4x+16=2x+32
4x-2x=32-16
2x=16
x=16÷2
x=8

= If daughter's age 8
man age = 8×4
= 32
after 16 years = 8+16 =24
32+16=48
48÷24=2
