a man and women who both appear normal have a child together,who has sickle cell anaemia. the woman becomes pregnant again and is told that she is carryingv monozygotic twins .what is the probability that both of the couples twins will have sickle cell anemia?????

▶if both the mother and father are normal then the twins will be normal.according to punnett square u can get that twins will be normal.

▶if the first child has sickle cell anemia then it is due to mutation.

▪ mutation- it is a sudden change on one or more genes,or in the number or in the structure of chromosomes.

▪sickle cell anemia- it is a blood disease caused by a gene mutation.the mutation causes change in the DNA resulting in the production of sickle shaped RBCs.
