The man is heterozygous A i.e. he contains Ia Io alleles.Here O is recessive and hence the phenotype is A
The women is homozygous O i.e. she contains Io Io alleles.Here O is expressed only in homozygous condition.Hence O group is most recessive.
Their daughter has received Io alleles from both the parents.Hence she is homozygous for blood group O i.e Io Io genotype is seen.
