first condition:-man is born in 18th century i.e between 1700-1799

second condition:-The year should be the square of his age

Now here,we can say, there is only 1 no. 42 whose sqaure is 1764,which satisfy the first condition.....

second condition is also,satisfied

if we take year=42×42=(42)^2=1764

and age =42

it means at year 1764 his age is 42

so,

born year=1764-42=1722
