a man bought 10.8 kg of rice at RS 24 per kg and 36 kg of some other variety of rice at RS 25 per kg. if he mixes both the varieties of rice in the ratio 5 : 2 and sells the mixture at RS 22 per kg, find his profit or loss percent.

∴ The CP=₹1520

SP=weight×Rate=45×38=1710

Gain%=(Gain×100)/CP

   =(190×100)/1520

   

   =12.5%

∴ The Gain percent is 12.5%
