A man bought 12 dozen eggs for Rs.200, out of which 2 dozen eggs were found broken or spoil.How many dozen eggs was he able to sell? By selling the eggs if he earned a profit of 10%, find the S.P of 1 dozen eggs​

price of each egg=Rs 4

Total price=4*12*4

=Rs 192

Seven were broken=4*7

=21

192-21=171

To gain 10% profit he should sell them at rate of

192*110/100=211.2

12*4=Total eggs=48

Present no. of eggs=48-7=41

To gain Rs 211.2 he should sell each egg at rate of 211.2/41=Rs 5.15...

100+10/100=100.01

s. p= 100.01

s.p of 1 dozen=100.01/12=8.33416
