A man bought:

a)27 horses at ₹280 each

Total=₹280×27=₹7560

b)9 horses at ₹320 each

Total=₹320×9=₹2880

c)6 horses at ₹360 each

Total=₹360×6=₹2160

So,

Total no of horses the man has=42

Total cost of 42 horses=₹(7560+2880+2160)

=₹12600

Therefore average price of each horse=

 \frac{sum \: of \: observations}{total \: no \: of \: observation}

 = ₹ \frac{12600}{42} \\  = ₹300
