☆Hello friend☆
CP of 40 articles = 40 × Rs 150
= Rs 6000
CP of 25 articles = Rs 25 × Rs 150
=Rs 3750
Loss% =10
Loss = 10/ 100 × Rs 375
= Rs 375
SP = CP - LOSS
= Rs ( 3750 - 375)
= Rs 3375
Remaining SP = Rs ( 6000- 3375)
= Rs 2625

[tex]cp \: of \:40 \: article = 40 \times150 = 6000 \\ sp \: of \: 25 \: article = (150 - \frac{10 \times 150}{100} ) \times 25 \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = 135 \times 25 = 3375 \\ sp \: of \: 40 \: article \\ \: at \: 20\% \: gain = (150 + \frac{20 \times 150}{100} ) \times 40 \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = (150 + 30) \times 40 \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = 180 \times 40 = 7200 \\ then \: sp \: of \: remaining \: 15 \: article = 7200 - 3375 = 3825
sp of each remaining article = 3825/15 = 255
sp of each remaining article = 3825/15 = 255
