Answer:

Given, the Cost price of 8 dozen bananas at 0.60 paisa :

= 8 * 0.60

= 4.80.

The number of bananas spoiled = 7.

The number of remaining bananas will be 89.

Then the selling price of 89 bananas will be 89 * 0.06 = 5.34.

Total Profit = 5.34 - 4.80

                  = 0.54.

Profit % = 0.54 * 100/4.80

             = 11.25.

Answer:

man made a loss of 186 paise

Step-by-step explanation:

1 dozen = 12 banana

8 dozen = 12×8 banana

8 dozen = 96 banana

cost per 1 dozen = 60 paise(100 paise=1 rs)

cost per 12 dozen = 12×60 paise

cost per 12 dozen = 720 paise

now 7 banana got spoiled so = 96-7=89 banana left

the man sold per 1 banana for 6 paise=89×6=534 paise

so the man bought banana for 720 paise and sold at 534 paise

so he man made a loss of = 720 -534=186 paise.
