a man bought 9 mangoes in RS. 54 and sold 7 mangoes in RS 49 . What is the profit percentage?​

=> 54/9= 6 rupees

he sold  mangoes for 49 rupees, then,

49/7 = 7 rupees

profit= 7- 6= 1 rupee

LCM(6, 7)=42

Suppose he buys and sells 42 mangoes.

Total cost price =6/7 x 42=36

Total selling price =7/6×42=49

Gain =49-36= 11

Gain percentage =11/36×100= 30.56% (Approx)
