a man bought a certain number of chairs for 10000 he kept one for his own and sold the rest at 50 more than original cost for each chair besides getting his own chair for nothing he made profit of 450 how many chairs did he have

then,no. of chair he sold=x-1
then,SP=(x-1)*50
=50x-50
then ATTQ 50x-50-10000=450
50x=450+10050
x=10500/50=210
