Given, 13% were rotten that means remaining oranges = 100% - 13% = 87.

Given, Oranges gave in charity = 75% of the remaining

                                                     = 75% of 87

                                                     = 75/100 * 87

                                                    = 6525/100

                                                    = 65.25

New remaining oranges will be = 87% - 65.25%

                                                      = 21.75%.

Given, there are still has 522 oranges left, the oranges he had brought

                               = 100 * 100/21.75  * 522

                              = 2400.

Hope this helps!
