ur answer
) 1 assumption made here is: it is rented for a year and after 1 year he realises 10%of the investment.
2) so he realises after 1 year = p.1× 500000=50000.
3)let him rent it our a @ es x per month. so in 12 months he receives rs 12x. out of this 12x he set out 12×*(12.5/1₩0)=1.5x for repair.
pays tax =rs 166p
hence 1ex =500000+1.5x+1660
10.5x=51660
solving x =rs 4920.00
thus the monthly rent of the house = rs 4920.00

Answer:
Ratio method :
10% = 1/10
10 unit = total cost = 500000
1 unit = 50000 = get money/year
12.5% = 1/8
8 unit = total rent
I unit = maintenance
So, remaining = 8-1 = 7unit
7 unit = 50000 +1660 =51660
1unit = 7380 Rs. /year
= 615 rs./month
So, 8 unit = 615 * 8 = 4920 Rs. Per month
