C.P. of The Machine

 = ₹12,775

Transportation cost

 = ₹550

Overhead expenses are added to the cost price.

So, Total cost price

 = ₹12,775 + ₹550 = ₹13,325

S.P. of the machine

 = ₹14,500

Profit = S.P. – C.P.

 = ₹ 14500  - ₹ 13325 = ₹ 1175

Thus, the man gets a profit of ₹1175
