man brough 10 apples for 25 rs..
so cost of 1 apple = 2.5rs
now he sold a dozen per 25rs..
so he is selling at a rate of 25/12 per apple...
he is having a loss..
Loss=25/10 - 25/12 = 150-125/60=25/60=5/12rs
loss % = loss/cost *100
5/12*10/25*100=50/3%
so cost of 1 apple = 2.5rs
now he sold a dozen per 25rs..
so he is selling at a rate of 25/12 per apple...
he is having a loss..
Loss=25/10 - 25/12 = 150-125/60=25/60=5/12rs
loss % = loss/cost *100
5/12*10/25*100=50/3%
