The c.p of 10 apples= Rs75

The c.p of 1 apples = 75/10=Rs7.5

As we know,

1 dozen means 12

Hence,

The s.p of 12 apples= Rs75

The s.p of 1 apples=75/12=Rs6.25

It is a case of loss . Because c.p is more than s.p

Loss=c.p-s.p=7.5-6.25=Rs1.25

%of loss =loss/s.p×100

=1.25/6.25×100

=20% (Ans)
