Hey......!! here is ur answer.....
cost price of 10 bananas = 45rs
then C.S. of 1 banana = 45/10rs
Now, Selling Price of 1 dozen = 12 bananas = 51
then S.P. of 1 banana = 51/12rs
Loss = C.P. - S.P.
Loss = 45/10–51/12
Loss = (45×6–51×5)/60
Loss = (270–255)/60
Loss = 15/60 = 1/4
Now, Loss% = (Loss/C.P.)×100
Loss% = (1/4/45/10)×100
Loss% = (10/4×45)×100 = 250/45
Loss% = 50/9
