A man brought banans at the rate of 10 fo rupees 45 and sold at the rate of one dozen banana for rupees 51. Find its gain of loss percent.

Given.
1.45 bananas for 10 rupees each
therefore,
CP= 45×10=450rupees.
2.1 dozen banana for 51 rupees.
therefore 45÷12=3.9 bananas.
Ans:
Total loss or profit = Sp_Cp
=610 _450
=160 rupees.
Therefore, the loss % =loss÷Cp×100
=160 ÷450 ×100
=35.5%
