quantity of milk=1 lt
water added=15% of 1 lt
=15×1/100=.15 lt
now the quantity is 1+ 0.15=1.15 lt
SP of 1 lt = ₹ 15
SP of 1.15 lt= 15×1.15=₹ 17.25
Loss =CP-SP
=20-17.25 = ₹ 2.75
