A Man buys a cycle at a discount of 20% and sells it for Rs 3640. In this process he makes a profit of 30%. Find the discount received by him?

Answer:

the profit on cycle = 30/ 100 ×3640

Profit he gets=1092

= 1092+3640

=4732

discount = 20/100×4732

=946.4

Therefore,he gets a discount of Rupees 946.4
